I Like Drisco – a charity single to help the people of Haiti

Following the recent disaster in Haiti, Johnny Rayge & ITO joined forces with promoters GigEvent to do their bit to raise money for those affected by the earthquake. The song I Like Disco, is a homage to a great Irish sporting hero and international rugby captain Brian O’Driscoll.

Coinciding with the RBS Six Nations Championship the single is available for download through http://www.ilikedrisco.com

All profits will be donated to Haven’s earthquake appeal, and to their volunteer building programme.

Smithfield Festival

We visited the Smithfield Festival encompassing Eurocultured and Urban Garden. The festival celebrates the diversity of the modern city via street art, music, dance, and an odd mix of performances and installations.

Holy Joe’s Infernal Cabaret

Holy Joe’s Infernal Cabaret is a music event being hosted at Think Tank in Temple Bar every Sunday from 4pm-9pm by Gig Event. This was our first show hosted on Mixtape and it features over 50 bands playing live. Music styles vary greatly so there should be something up there for every music listeniser.
